CASE G

• Male age 25 years

• Cyst right side mandible • Large cystic  lesion right ramus of mandible. Out of bone superiorly. Enucleated cyst lining sent.

Diagnosis: Odontogenic keratocyst(Keratocystic odontogenic tumour)

• Epidermoid cyst– Dentigerous cyst

– Radicular cyst– Benign mandibular squamous lined 

cyst (? Non odontogenic)

CASE H

• Male 59 years• Left cervical lymph node• Widespread lymphadenopathyhighly suggestive of lymphoma.

• ICC positive for CD20, CD23, CD5. Negative for CD10, bcl‐6, cyclin D1.

Diagnosis: Small lymphocyticlymphoma/ chronic lymphocytic

leukaemia

• Score 2 (4 cases)– NHL – refer to haematopathologist/ lymphoma expert (one case stated ICC needed)

– NHL, B cell lymphoma

– Well differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma, B cell

CASE I

• Female 37 years

• Skin biopsy lower limb• Red patches on lower limbs. Painful and swollen. Raised ESR.

Diagnosis: Leukocytoclastic vasculitis

• Score 2 (12 cases)– Sweet’s syndrome

– Eosinophilic vasculitis

– Neutrophilic dermatitis– Leukocytoclastic vasculitis – possibly Churg‐Strauss

CASE J

• Male age 40 years• Left inguinal orchidectomy for carcinoma on ultrasound

Diagnosis: Pure classical seminoma
