CASE- 1 • A 25 year old woman presented with lump and dull aching pain in left breast since 4 months. • h/o intermittent breast feeding to her 3 year old child. • Local examination - tender, well circumscribed mobile lump in left breast. Nipple and areola normal. Right breast normal. No axillary lymphadenopathy. • Systemic examination- No abnormality detected. • Ultrasound of left breast - well defined hypo to isoechoic lesion with minimal internal vascularity.
