Caryl Matriciana

BASIC TRIP INFORMATION

ESTIMATED PRICE AND INCLUSIONS: The estimated price of the Israel Tour alone is $1995 per

person, double occupancy includes: 9 days touring the sites listed in Israel, 8 nights lodging in 1st

class, superior hotels, breakfast and dinner daily, 1 lunch, and all transfers, entrance fees, taxes and

tips to hotels, drivers, and guides, and a Christian travel guide, journal, and map. *Note: prices

quoted are for cash/check discount.

ESTIMATED SINGLE SUPPLEMENT FEES: If you would like to room alone, there is an

additional fee of $640 for the 10-day Israel Tour.

PRICING: Prices are based off of current rates for November 2016, and are subject to change.

REGISTRATION: A deposit of $250 per person is due at registration in order to secure your

spot on this tour. $100 of this deposit is non-refundable. All registrations will be processed on a

space-available basis.

PAYMENTS: After the initial $250 deposit due upon registration, half of the remainder of the tour

cost is due on July 20, 2016 and the final payment and copy of your passport is due September 10,

2016.

REFUNDS AND PENALTIES: If you need to cancel, you must notify World Express Tours at

[email protected]. A security deposit of $250, $100 of which is non-refundable, is due

with registration. If you cancel after the final payment deadline of September 10, 2016, and your

roommate cannot find a replacement, you are also liable for his or her single supplement cost ($640).

Cancellation fees: $100 up to September 1, 2016; 50% of the tour cost from September 2 –

September 9, 2016; 100% of the tour cost from September 10, 2016 up to the date of departure,

November 10.

ROOMMATES: If you need help finding a roommate, please contact Cheri Walker at 858-335-5787 to

[email protected]. The tour price is based on double occupancy. The additional estimated

single occupancy fee of $640 will be applied if you are among the last to register and we

cannot provide a roommate for you, so register early! Hotels will allow up to three persons to a

room, upon request. Most beds are twin-sized and will be combined for couples.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Insurance to cover trip cancellations or interruptions; injury or accident; loss

of, damage to, or theft of luggage and health insurance are NOT included—but highly recommended.

CANCELLATION OF TOUR:

World Express Travel and Kenes Tours (Israel Tour Operator) reserves the right to cancel

a tour and/or alter the tour itinerary without prior notice and at its sole discretion – based

on conditions which make it impossible for the tour to take place; such as war, terror

attacks, earthquakes and alike. If for some reason the trip is cancelled, you will be

fully refunded your deposit and any payments that have been made.

MEMBERSHIP:

In an honest effort to ensure congenial fellowship on the tour, the organizer reserves the

right to refuse the application of anyone considered incompatible with the interests of the

party as a whole. Applying for membership in this tour constitutes consent to abide by the

discretion of the organizer and to absorb any expenses resulting from tour dismissal.

PASSPORTS:

All passengers are required to have a valid passport to depart or re-enter the USA. A copy

of your passport will be required at time of final payment. Your passport MUST NOT

EXPIRE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE DATE YOU WILL RETURN FROM ISRAEL.

To find the nearest office, look in the U. S. Government Offices listings of your telephone

book under “Postal Services – Passport Information”. This should be done immediately. An

embossed birth certificate (with a raised seal) is required to obtain a passport. To obtain a

birth certificate, contact the Hall of Records in the county in which you were born.

You must verify that all official documents match your passport name prior to airline

tickets being written.

SIGHTSEEING:

Sightseeing is subject to local conditions at the time of the tour. Adjustments in the

sightseeing program may be made, as the tour leader or guide deem necessary.

SHOTS/INOCULATIONS:

There are currently no shots required for Israel for U.S. Citizens. We do recommend that

your tetanus shot is current for any travel.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Payment of a tour deposit constitutes an agreement between the parties and an

acknowledgement that the participant has read and understands all policies, terms, and

conditions regarding the tour and agrees to the policies, terms, and conditions without

amendment, deletion or addition.
