Example of the problem occur:•problem with fine finger to movement(coordination)and both hands.•wasting away of the muscle under the thumb(in advance or long term case)•weak grip or difficulty carrying bags(a common complain)•weakness in one or both hand

tapping over the median nerve at wrist may cause pain to shoot from the wrist or hand (tinel’s sign)

numbness in palm, thumb, index finger, middle finger, and thumb side of ring finger

bending the wrist forward all the way for 60 seconds will usually result numbness, tingling or weakness (phalen’s test)
