Please be advise that the month of September & October are nomi- nations month for any member in good standing that will like to be part of the 2021 Board of Directors. If you have any question please call Mr. Emilio Agosto, Mr. Manny Rentas or Ms. Carlos Pinto. The Current Board of Directors is committed to support the new B.O.D for 3 months after January & we welcome the new elected B.O.D to join the current Board in November so we can have a great transition. Please make sure you mark your calendar for the following club events: September 26th PanAmerican Dance, October 17th Schol- arship Dance, November 7th Anticipo Navideño, November 21st An- niversary Dance & December 19th Parranda Navideña. Elections Recruiting Committee
BOD Elections
It is most important that we have a Board Of Directors for 2021.
Our mandate is to recruit club members for the BOD. As of now
we are looking for nominees. The nominations meeting is October
12, 2020 General membership meeting. If you or anyone you
know is interested, please contact any member of the Elections
Recruiting Committee. The positions are: President, Vice President,
Secretary, Treasurer, and three Vocals. Elections day is November
9, 2020 at the general membership meeting. Committee Members: Emilio Agosto, Tami Daniels, Eli Rodriguez,
Eddie Soto, Manuel Rentas.
At the request of the Board of Directors this committee has re-
convened in a last ditch effort to recruit a 2021 Board.
If no Board is in place for 2021 then the current Board will remain
in place to dissolve the club. The club can not continue without a
Board of Directors.
