This begins when you first meet one of

our friendly representatives at a Display Centre and will continue throughout your build, right up until the completion of your warranty period.

SERVICEWE WILL:

Always be approachable in all our dealings with

you by being polite, clear and straightforward

in responses.

Respond to you within one working day of all

enquiries.

Provide an experienced Client Liaison Executive

as your dedicated point of contact.

Provide contact details for our staff who will be

responsible for helping you during construction.

Contact you with fortnightly progress reports prior

to going to site and weekly during construction.

QUALITYWE WILL:

Build your home to display home quality.

Provide quality control inspections by qualified

building surveyors.

Conduct joint on-site inspections, during business

hours, at a time agreed in advance upon request.

Provide you with a New Home Information Pack

at completion of the construction of your new

home, including manufacturers’ warranties.

Contact you within 14 days of settling into your

new home, to answer any queries.

Provide a 100-point warranty inspection three

months after settlement.

TRANSPARENCYWE WILL:

Provide you with comprehensive information

explaining the entire building process from sale

through to completion of your warranty period.

Use plain English in our documents, including the

use of the HIA New Home Building Contract.

Provide you with clear and complete pricing and

inclusions documentation.

to answer any queries. We also take the worry out of identifying and

rectifying any problems or issues with our thorough 100 - point warranty
