What attracted you to IPRS Health?As a Physiotherapist I have always strived to provide the most clinically appropriate and evidence-based treatment for my patients. Whilst seeking different career opportunities I learnt that IPRS Health not only followed national standards but had invested in creating its own bespoke clinical care pathways and guidelines, to ensure that best practice was followed across the organisation. These core values attracted me to the company.

At my interview I went on to realise that IPRS Health not only provided musculoskeletal/occupational health outpatient physiotherapy but was also involved in various other rehabilitation sectors; such as telephone triage, the use of virtual rehabilitation tools for remote management and the provision of a number of different workplace services (including DSE, Reasonable Adjustment Assessments, Job Demand Analysis and Functional Capacity Assessment) to a wide range of clients. The fact that the IPRS Group was already a well-established company and offered many, and quite different, potential career pathways sealed my decision that it was a company where I would be able to progress and develop my clinical and non-clinical skills in many different areas.
