• Child Care & Support Services Management is healthy.
• Electrical, Electronic & Communications Engineering Technology/Technician IPC
J-STD-001G certification is HUGE. One of only a few in the US.
• IB Career Certification has been added at McCaskey and is rare in PA.

Opportunities noted in SWOT Analysis• Possible realignment and strand identification for MSC/MIT.
• COS- possible business component or alignment.
• Increase SOAR credits.
• Does HC POS support CNA? More research needed.
• Accounting- electives are diluting POS class strands.
• Get Quickbooks approved as a POS certification.
• Phase Administrative Assistant/Secretarial Science into electives.
• Consider additional POS such as Automotive Technologies.9
