REPORT ON SEMINARS ON 8 th MARCH-2013 (2P.M. onwards) 1. “CAREER OPTIONS FOR ENGINEERS – How to prepare for IES, GATE and PSUs” by Shri B.Singh 2. “HOW TO MEMORIZE AND RETAIN IT FOR LONGER DURATION” by Shri Jeetendra Tiwari The Seminar was inaugurated by Shri R.L.Gupta, Chairman of IEC Group of Institutions and the welcome address was given by Prof. B.N.Roy, the Vice President. Shri B.Singh (CMD of MADE EASY GROUP) delivered a Seminar on “CAREER OPTIONS FOR ENGINEERS – How to prepare for IES, GATE AND PSUs” on 8th March’2013. He has given Seminar at many prestigious Institutes like IITs, NITs, Delhi Technologic al University, MNIT, BIT Mesra (Ranchi), NSIT, AMITY, JECRC (Jaipur), Sharda University and many more Institutes of this category. Mr. Singh gave details of career options for Engineers particularly giving technical exposures, importance of GATE, Examination patterns, cut-off analysis, eligibility criteria, latest recruitment updates, employment opportunities in various government sectors, difference between government and private organizations, job stability, promotion criteria and personality development. Shri Jeetendra Tiwari, (National Memory Record Holder – LIMCA Book of Records) delivered a Seminar on “How to memorize and retain it for longer duration” for the benefit of our students. Entire auditorium was full with students. In fact, many students were standing on the sides of the auditorium. The Seminar was so important, interesting and engrossing that students kept mum throughout the Seminar which lasted for more than 3 hours. Both the Seminars were of interactive nature and students removed all kinds of doubts regarding the career options given by speakers. Many students requested that such Seminars which give the details of Examinations conducted by UPSC, the Ministry of Human resource Development, any IIT, particularly GATE and all Public Sector Undertaking like ONGC, IOCL, SAIL, ISRO, DRDO, NTPC, BSNL, GAIL, BHEL, BELL, NHPC, etc. should be held from time to time so that students are made aware of the changing patterns of Examination and the method to succeed in these Examination.
