OBJECTIVES
A refund of the registration fee, less $25 administrative fee, will be allowed if requested, in writing, by April 17th,
2015. No refunds will be provided after this date. In the event that this symposium is cancelled, UC Davis Heart
& Vascular Center (UCDHVC) will refund all paid registration fees. UCDHVC will not be responsible for other
expenses incurred.
