RevTech DFOOptimize your fuel injection without the need for expen-sive dyno tuning! Developed by Mark Dobeck, the inventorof the original Jet Kit, the DFO allows you to quickly dial inyour engine’s fuel delivery, whether on a stock bike, or withfreer flowing air filter and/or exhaust added. Installationtakes less than an hour, and adjustments are made by thesimple turn of a screwdriver. A little experimentation pro-duces results you can feel, whether simply removing a leanhiccup or flat spot on your stock bike or maximizing theeffect of your aftermarket exhaust.

How itworksThe RevTechDFO modifiesthe outgoingsignal from the ECU to your injectors, increasing the duration of thespray of fuel, thereby richening the mixture. Adjustablepots allow you to add fuel where it is needed over threeareas of the rev range. A fourth pot allows you to set atransition point from light-load cruise to high-fuel perform-ance mode. This allows both basic tuning and more sophis-ticated fine-tuning for specific racing situations. Thetransition feature also has a load sensitive function thatoverrides the base rpm setting to allow an earlier crossoverwhenever large throttle openings are introduced at lowrpm's. If, while operating in the light load/cruise mode,the DFO detects a rapid opening of the throttle, a pre-determined amount of additional fuel is added to furtherincrease throttle response and acceleration beyond what afactory fuel map will deliver.

The Red run is a stock EFI RoadGlide® The Blue run is with aPower Commander installed. TheGreen run is with the DFO added.

Daytona Twin Tec TCFI Fuel Injection Controller KitThe TCFI solves tuning problems with highly-modified engines. Competitive “band-aid” products that interfaceto the Delphi® controller still rely on speed-density fuel control. Long duration/high overlap camshafts wreakhavoc with manifold pressure – especially at idle and cruise RPM. Speed-density based fuel control can’t cope.High-end automotive racing systems use alpha-N (throttle position and RPM based) fuel control. Alpha-N eliminates any dependence on manifold pressure and is unaffected by long duration/high overlap camshafts.The TCFI brings this proven technology to the aftermarket.An optional wide-band exhaust gas oxygen sensor (WEGO) interface allows auto-tuning during actual on-roadriding conditions, through the use of a high-tech sensor. The user programs a table with the desired air/fuelratios, and then the system does the rest.The TCFI has the same ignition control as our proven ignition system with fully programmable advance curvesfor Twin Cam 88® models. Idle air control, including idle RPM and cold start characteristics, are also fully pro-grammable. This facilitates the use of throttle bodies modified for higher airflow.The TCFI communicates diagnostic information by blinking codes on the check engine LED. The unit also hasbuilt-in data logging that stores data for the last 15 minutes of operation. The included PC link cable andWindows-compatible software, allow the use of a laptop PC for programming and data analysis. The PC linkcable plugs into the existing diagnostic connector on the motorcycle wiring harness.The TCFI is not recommended for stock engines and will not increase power by itself. The unit has been testedon modified 88 CID and 95 CID engines. Setup tables are provided for these applications that will get you upand running. From a practical standpoint, tuning any fuel injection system requires an exhaust gas analyzer.You can either spend a lot of time on a dyno with an exhaust sniffer (like the newer Dynojet units) or you canuse our WEGO. With the WEGO, the system will auto-tune the fuel tables while you ride the bike on the road,eliminating the need to spend any time on a dyno. On-road auto-tuning only takes a few hours and givesmuch more realistic results than dyno tuning. Air-cooled engines are very sensitive to thermal effects and dynosystems generally have inadequate cooling airflow.

Forcewinder XR Air Intake SystemThe Forcewinder is a bold design in air filtration that looks racy and gives the rider more leg clearance than conventional style air cleaners. The Forcewinderfeatures a high-efficiency, long-lasting, washable K&N air filter element with a chrome end cap. The kit includes K&N air filter, fine mesh sock air filter cover(for wet weather use), polished, black or white elbow, and a small K&N breather for the end of a case breather hose. This kit does not come with a carbure-tor support or head breather kit. See elsewhere on this page for these parts. The Forcewinder is shown in the forward position, but can be mounted in theupright position when using 3.5 gallon Fat Bob gas tanks or smaller custom tanks.
