Excellence in cleanliness and durability

Research shows that up to 80% of dirt in a buildingcomes in on the shoes of visitors, or on the wheelsof deliveries. If it doesn’t get stopped at theentrance, it’s then carried all over the building, uppingcleaning costs and increasing wear on internal floorfinishes. Frontrunner elegantly traps and hides thisdirt for easy removal during daily cleaning. When itcomes to durability, we also score highly. Not onlydo we offer a three year warranty againstmanufacturing defects (page 60), but many of thephotographs in this brochure feature installationswhich still look great after ten years service -including locations in high traffic retail stores. Thisoutstanding mix of style, cleanliness and durabilitycomes from unique diamond cut patterns in variousdegrees of aggressiveness, combined with an opengrid that’s big enough to allow dirt to fallthrough, but small enough not to trap heelsor wheels.

Health and Safety

Wet shoes and smooth floors can be a lethalcombination. That is why all mats in the Frontrunnersystem are classified R11 under DIN 51130. Whatthis means is that Frontrunner has been tested, whenwet, to be slip resistant on an incline of 27º - andthat’s steeper than all but black runs on European skislopes!! Additionally, our matting patterns aredesigned to meet the requirements of the UKDisability Discrimination Act, providing sure andstable underfoot conditions.

Frontrunner Brush, as the name implies, has

additional brush strips with bristles that scour snow,

mud and other heavy contaminants from the shoe,

boot or wheel. High quality nylon 6.6 brushes ensure

durability and continued effectiveness.

Once again the mat’s primary use is external, keeping

buildings dirt free under the most extreme conditions.

Frontrunner Brush works as a ‘stand alone’ module or in

larger debris such as small stones fall through,

which, combined with the high quality nylon

Applications where Frontrunner Brush Wide comes

into its own are during the icy/snowy winter months,

in areas with a lot of gravel or small stones, salted areas,

The positioning of the scraper bars on Frontrunner EntranceFlooring Systems can be varied to allow the incorporation of alogo panel.

Logo panels are achieved by either die cutting withanother compatible carpet or by ink jet printing, bothmethods giving a permanent and colourfast message.

Logo panels run the width of the matwell and areeither 30 (12”) or 45cm (18”) tall, providing ahighly visible message, in that all important ‘firstimpression’ area.

Frontrunner Entrance Systems incorporatinglogos, can be supplied for recessed systems orsurface mounted modular mats.

The Frontrunner Entrance Flooring system is simple to install. The purpose designed roll and frame system can easily be fitted byon site tradesmen without the need for creating templates in advance, or for site visits when floors are being poured.

Frontrunner is also very easy to clean within normal internal cleaning schedules and doesn’t require bespoke cleaning products.

Warranty on Frontrunner Entrance Flooring Systems

Frontrunner entrance flooring systems are very durable and many of the installations
