Capitalise the first word in a sentence.

the first letter of the first word after an ellipsis (...) does not need to be capitalized if it is in the same sentence.

Capitalize adjectives derived from proper nouns, or "proper adjectives

Capitalize personal titles when used specifically as titles, but not when just referring to the rank in general.
