•What is the CapeFLYER? Key = Partnership between local interests

(Cape Cod RTA, Cape Cod Chamber, local legislators, etc.) and State agencies (MassDOT, MBTA, etc.)

Goal = to provide additional mobility option reducing congestion and improving air quality.

Use existing under-utilized assets (rail bridge over the canal, rolling-stock that would have been in layover, MassDOT right-of-way)

Connections to ferries, inter-city buses, etc. Significant emphasis on the bike community

A Regional Initiative:CapeFLYER
