James Broderick, Esq., is a member of the CCCxA Board of Advisors and practiced law and investment banking in Chicago from 1967 to 1985, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and antitrust law. He then served as General Counsel of Rayovac Corporation (Madison, Wisconsin) 1985-1999 as well as General Counsel of BMI Industries 1999-2001. ABOUT CCCxA

Kevin B. Kuklok (Major General USMC ret.) is the Chairman of CCCxA’s Board

of Advisors and offers more than 30 years' experience as an industry leader and U.S.

Marine Corps officer engaged in compliance at all levels of extractive and chemical

industry, military experience on the battle field and in local communities throughout

the world. Major General Kuklok has also enjoyed an extensive career in public forums

training and educating the public and private sector in ethics and compliance.

Kevin holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and

an MBA degree with an emphasis in Finance from United States International University in

San Diego, CA.

Ivan Dvorak P.E. is a member of the CCCxA Board of Advisors. Throughout his

distinguished career, Ivan has been involved in thousands of projects across North

America and brings this extensive knowledge and experience to CCCxA. Ivan was

Richard L. Diddams, CxA offers more than 20 years distinguished service as a

combat decorated officer in the US Marine Corps involved at the highest levels of

the US Government and 10 years in leading large Corporations both in the United

States and World-Wide. He is a graduate of Top-Level School and CEO of CCCxA.

Rich holds a B.S. in Engineering Construction and an M.S. from the Naval

Postgraduate School in Management with an emphasis in Econometrics and

Statistical Analysis. He is also a Certified Commissioning Agent by ACG. Rich is

active in numerous organizations including the Purple Heart Association, Marine

Corps League and Habitat for Humanity.

George Bouris, P.E., CxA is President of CCCxA with a B.S. in Mechanical

Engineering with more than 25 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, an

expert in vertical structures MEP engineering, and has successfully managed MEP

and Commissioning Departments. During his engineering career he has worked at

firms such as Perkins and Will, Teng and Associates, and Cannon Design on project

types such as Healthcare, Institutional, Educational and Commercial. George is a

licensed professional engineer, ACG Certified Comissioing Agent, City of Chicago

Certified Energy Engineer, and a member of ASHRAE and SAME.
