INTRODUCCION
• El CE es el tumor ginecológico más frecuente en los países
Occidentales.
• Supone el 6% de todos los tumores diagnosticados y el 3%
de las muertes anuales por cancer en USA.de las muertes anuales por cancer en USA.
• El síntoma más frecuente de presentación: sangrado vaginal
anormal.
• Mas del 75% de los casos son diagnosticados en estadios
iniciales , con una Supervivencia a los 5 años del 80-85%
• Sin embargo hay un grupo de alto riesgo en los cuales la
supervivencia es <70%.70%.

CONCLUSIONES
• Las pacientes de alto riesgo parecen obtener beneficio de la Quimioterapia.
• Número de ciclos, secuencia respecto a la RDT aún no definidos: Ensayos en Marcha
• Son necesarios estudios traslacionales que nos identifiquen factores pronosticos y predictivos de respuesta.
