Cancellation - Initial Assumed Name Certificate 4-30-2015

This evidences the SOS acknowledgment of the proper cancellation of initial filing of "Legal Name". This abandonment of that ANC is no cost to the nameholder and can be done at any time. It does require government employee interaction and the uploading of the proper cancellation form completed and signed by nameholder or agent officially authorized by nameholder.
