A chinese woman is the Councillor for the Relationships with the Chinese community. She was the first foreign Councillor in Italy

The city of Campi Bisenzio is supporting the national campaign for a new law about

the right to vote for immigrants who livein Italy

the italian citizenship for immigrants’children who are born in Italy

In 2008 Campi Bisenzio was one of the finalist citiesin the European Council competition for projects about integration.

These cities – and many more - are now associated in the NETWORK OF ITALIAN MULTICULTURAL CITIES FOR DIALOGUE
