CAMP DIRECTOR & HEAD COACH: DAWN CHAMBERLIN Serving as the head coach of the Salisbury Univer- sity Field Hockey Team, Dawn Chamberlin ranks among the most successful coaches in the school's history. After 31 seasons, the Sea Gulls have quali- fied for the NCAA Tournament 32 times, with 14 appearances to the FINAL FOUR. She has produced 148 All Conference players, 97 Na- tional All-Americans, and 132 All- Region players. Chamberlin has also been named NFHCA South Region Coach of the Year twelve of the last sixteen years and is the 1995- 2005,2008, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018 conference coach of the year. The Sea Gulls finished the 2003, 2004, 2005, & 2009 seasons as the NCAA Division III National Champions. Chamberlin was named the National Coach of the Year in 2004, 2005, & 2009 Chamberlin is a 1985 graduate of the University of Iowa, where she was a four-year letter-winner on the highly successful field hockey team. The Haw- keyes won the Big Ten championship outright from 1981 to 1983, before sharing the top spot in 1984.The '84 squad finished second in the nation. Chamberlin, Iowa's co-captain as both a junior and senior was also a member of the national indoor championship team and was selected to the All-Big Ten team during her senior year. In 2009, Chamberlin was inducted into the Na- tional Field Hockey Coaches Hall of Fame. Each camper will be exposed to a variety of basic & new skills and techniques. They will also be given the opportunity to participate in activities that will enhance their current playing level.
