This project is in the completion phase and the hotel will open in fall of 2019. This is a joint venture between Nexus Construction and davisREED Construction, who took a progressive approach for this concrete project. In order to protect the concrete surfaces from water, salt and efflorescence, Euclid Chemical’s CHEMSTOP WB was used. This is a water-based, penetrating silane & siloxane water repllent and sealer that can be used for cast-in-place and precast concrete, as well as masonry. This product meets the EPA, California, and Maricopa County VOC regulations. Over 800 gal (3,028 L) of CHEMSTOP WB was used in this Cambria Hotel & Suites project.
