15:15 Arrive at location and empty out all equipment
15:30 Decorate room so it is ideal for scene. Set up equipment e.g. camera
16:00 Filming commences following script – starting off with flashback due to actress only being available today
16:15 First few shots taken – look over to see if they are alright
16:30 Filming begins again from last footage
16:45 Look over shots and see if anything needs redoing
17:00 Redecorate room back to normal
17:15 Filming ends and equipment is cleared and packed away
Crew then depart from location
TUESDAY 11TH FEBRUARYTIME SCHEDULE15:40
Everyone arrives on set
16:00 Camera equipment gets set up and actors get ready in costume and we prepare to start filming
16:10 Filming commences following storyboard and script – exterior shots
16:45 Check over the shots that have been taken in last half an hour and check if anything needs to be re-shot.
17:00 Next part of filming gets shot. Following storyboard and script – exterior shots
17:30 Look back over shots that have been taken and go through each one deciding whether a re-shot needs to be taken
17:45 – 18:30 All interior shots to be filmed till 18:30
19:00 Look back over these shots and pack everything away.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Music must be switched off in public places to avoid music clearance problems*
*Camera Kit must never be left in the car*
*Confidentiality forms must be signed by all key contributors and crew – if you are unsure please contact the production manager*
