WHO CAN ENTER?
The awards are open to any individual, team or organisation operating in an Asia–Pacific country and who have implemented or released a learning solution from January 2012. Entries that are implemented or released outside this timeframe won’t be considered. A ‘team’ is defined as being any group that’s come together for the specific purpose of undertaking and completing a project. The team members can be from within one organisation or can have come together from multiple organisations.
ENTRY OPTIONS
You can enter one or multiple awards. You can use the same program or solution in order to enter various award categories as long as you meet the specified criteria.
ENTRY SUBMISSION
You can enter the awards by using the Word-template documents provided at www.learnx.net. Alternatively, you can create your own template or PDF and follow the criteria that are set for each award. Please include any links and/or additional back-up documentation with your entry.

• Relevant passwords, instructions and so on (If the judges can’t gain access to the live product, demonstration or simulation, they’ll reject it.)

INVESTMENT
Award entry costs $125 (GST inclusive), and you must submit payment and have it cleared by the deadline date in order for the judging panel to consider your entry.
Multiple award entries are acceptable, and a separate fee is applicable for each award entry. Payment, by way of credit card, money order or cheque, is to be made out to the LearnX Foundation. An additional fee of $125, GST inclusive, is applicable if you wish to attend the awards presentation.
JUDGING
The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into either before or after the judging. The quality of the LearnX Impact Awards is such that you may need to include confidential information as part of your entry. The LearnX Foundation guarantees that this information will be restricted to the LearnX Impact Award judges and remain strictly confidential. All submitted materials will be deleted and/or destroyed after the judging process.
AWARDS ACCEPTANCE
Winning entrants are obliged to have a senior delegate attend the awards presentation to accept the award. Failure to attend the awards presentation might entail withdrawal of the award.
RETURN OF ENTRIES
Entries and other accompanying material won’t be returned, but each entry will be acknowledged, via e-mail or phone, as having been received.
CARE OF ENTRIES
Although the organisers will take all reasonable care, they won’t accept any responsibility or liability for entries that are lost or damaged.
