4 People • 7 Nights • Priceless CALIFORNIA WINE COUNTRY, HERE WE COME Longstanding friend of Swan Ball since 2005, VGS Chateau Potelle proprietor, Jean-Noel Fourmeaux has planned an exclusive trip for wine lovers and foodies. Jean-Noel and his ‘lieutenant’, Matthew Regan, formerly of Blackberry Farms, will be hands-on throughout the trip, joining dinners and hosting barrel tastings and exclusive opportunities. e hotels, restaurants and wineries that comprise this trip are in high demand; as such, the trip should be planned at least 120 days in advance to assure availability. Must be taken from December 1, 2018 – July 1, 2019 (two couples). Day 1 – Take a flight to San Francisco or Oakland or Sacramento and pick-up your car: • Grab a quick bite at Oxbow Market (on your own) and then go to Palmaz (in Napa) for tour and tasting (Private guided tour and tasting at Palmaz tasting – Palmaz is more than beautiful. Palmaz is amazing: a subterranean winery which extends 18 stories into Mount George. A maze of tunnels and domes carved into the rock. It is also “the” high tech winery of the Napa Valley! is is an impressive tour like you will not see often. e wines are delicious.) • Drive to Skipstone Ranch for an overnight stay, champagne reception and gourmet dinner with wine pairings. Day 2 • Private tour of the Skipstone Ranch vineyard, followed by wine tasting hosted by proprietors Fahri and Constance Diner. Skipstone Wines are made by notable winemaker, Phillipe Melka. • Visit shops in Healdsburg en route to Lynmar Estate • Reserve ahead for lunch at Lynmar Estate (on your own) followed by a complimentary wine tasting • Check into Lynmar Estate in Sonoma for a wine tasting and a two-night stay at “Bliss House” their private cottage • Dinner on your own Day 3 • Wine tasting at e Adobe, ree Sticks Winery in Sonoma • Visit shops in Sonoma Square and enjoy lunch at e Girl and e Fig (on your own) • Wine tasting at William Seylem • Overnight at Lynmar and dinner on your own
