recalculus serves as a comprehensive teaching and learning resource to introduce

calculus to a wider variety of high school students. T

his innovative text begins with three chapters

of pre-calculus, then moves right into first-sem

ester calculus. The text is ideal for courses that w

ishto reinforce algebraic skills w

ithin pre-calculus and then successfully transition students intocalculus itself. It features an in-depth, system

atic study of each basic class of functions – algebraic,exponential and logarithm
