Formula :

See how it is done:Very simple. Just put the asked DATE in the

formula , and you will get the  DAY.

Date code + month code + year code = answer / 7 =remainder  (It is the day of the week)

For example : for 27 july the date code is 27 or 6.

DATE CODE IS THE DATE ITSELF OR THE REMAINDER AFTER DIVIDING BY 7

For example:

Suppose you want to know the day of 15th July 2011. Then use formula . How?

Very easy : 15 [date]+0[month code/code of July]+5[year code/code of 2011]=20/7 =6 REMAINS Because when 7 is multiplied with 2 =14 comes and when 14 is deducted from 20, only 6 remains.

6 is the day code of Friday. So the answer is Friday. 

Calendar exercise : Question for practice of calender - What will be the day for 21st June 2011 ?

Answer:To find out day for 21st June 2011, use calendar formula this way:21[date]+5 [Code for June]+5[code for 2011]=31/7=3 REMAINDER = 3 is the day code of Tuesday.
