Marketing brochure, website and photography

A responsive website was built around beautiful full bleed art directed photography tailoring the offer to companies who appreciate a game changing office environment.

The brochure is a journey through 158 itself.

The front cover is bold and confident, with a sumptuous black front with only the logo ‘onefiveight’ foiled on in bronze to reflect the bronze theme for the interior.

As you open the brochure the dark opulent colours, slick stylised photography and textures of the reception really punch through welcoming you. The journey then continues when the brochure is fully opened to reveal the light extensive open plan office space.

Engaging and tailored marketing

Ad campaign.

The words ‘Check In’ appear on the first page ad in line with the boutique hotel theme, then turn the page to reveal ‘Check out’... and the web address.

Personalised Tech packs were sent out to potential customers before the brand was launched to raise awareness and drive demand.

Large banners and window graphics were placed around the building with the message... “This is the one...” building intrigue and demand for viewings.

For the launch we handed out high quality loyalty cards that had offers and discounts at many local amenities. This acted as a welcome to the area, integrating them into the business community from word Go - all in line with the hotel theme.
