Dear Resident MAJOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE PORT MELBOURNE AREA FOR WEST GATE FREEWAY UPGRADE: JUNE TO OCTOBER 2016 We are writing to inform you about noisy major construction works, including bored piling, taking place in your area over the coming months as part of the CityLink Tulla Widening project. These works are in preparation to build an additional lane on the West Gate Freeway.
