Next steps CRACCRAC This group is the foundation of what will become CRACCRAC strands of services Executive District Leadership Campus leaders/teacher leaders 2 CRACCRAC New Services: Executive District Leadership Charter Regional Advisory Committee (C-RAC) Comprised of Charter School Superintendents Regular Field Service visits Regular meetings beginning in September Held at ESC 13 Charter School Executive Advisory Committee (3 members) Chaired by a Charter Superintendent Formal Agendas ESC 13 will develop with guidance from the Superintendents Regular TEA Updates Legal Updates CRACCRAC Continuous Improvement Strand: Campus Staff Monthly half day training sessions Superintendent input into topic of presentations TEA presence Special Education presence Designed for campus leadership and teacher leaders Support the implementation of the Charter Performance Framework Trainer of Trainer Format Focus on providing free materials Access to free continuous improvement strand resources Summer Regional Summit One day in August at ESC 13 Behavior Event Interview For campus administrators or teacher leaders On-site assistance by ESC Charter Team Staff CRACCRAC LUNCH CRACCRAC CRACCRAC Thank you!
