Subject: Maersk Oil - Seawater Filters on Dan FG

Good day,

We experience some dP and backwash issues with SW filters on our offshore platform Dan FG. The current SW filters are

originally manufactured by …. and are multi tube candle design. Filter skid contains 2 x 100% vessels - 40 microns and 3000m3/h

each (1 operating and 1 standby).

On Halfdan BD we have C.O.R. “MEGA EBS” filters (FIL-5364/65) and with these we don’t seem to experience the same issues.

Could you help with input to upgrade or replace existing SW filters on Dan FG.

Looking forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully
