Most of the commercial & Industrial installations in the country have large electrical loads which are severely inductive in nature,such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drivers etc. Which results in a severely lagging power factor. This means loss & wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electrical boards.In case of fixed loads this can be taken care by manual switchingof capacitors However in case of rapidly varying & scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high power factor by manually switching on /off the capacitors in proportion to variation of load within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using an APFC panel (Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel) whichnot only maintain high power factor but also eliminates the need for constant manual intervention.

Power monitoring unit (PMU) is designed to support total automation of BTS sites in GSM & CDMA network. It ensures minimum use of DG setand uninterrupted, low maintenance operations of the communication sites.Power monitoring unit is an integrated system comprising the control for all essential electro-mechanical equipment at site in a single unit. It integrates intelligent devices like AC controller, Generator controller and Fire alarmsystem etc.

Power Monitoring Unit (PMU)

AMF controller is micro controller based product that is meant to protect and control EA (Engine Alternator) in absence of Mains power supply. It monitors main supply and if there is any voltage unbalance or phase failure, it transfers load to DG by making DG ON, considering all parameters that are associated with DG. Furthermore it contains a three phase AC voltage measuring circuit & is equipped with LCD display and 4 digits of 7 segmentdisplay presenting all values and alarms. It is equipped with various Industrial Communication Protocols.

Auto Mains Failure (AMF) Controller

Air Conditioner controller enables user to monitor & control the operationsof Air Conditioners. Pasteurizer

The Pasteurizer consists of Plate Heat Exchanger, Balance Tank, Pump,hot water circulation system (Mixer of steam and water, hot waterpump, steam adjusting valve & water level control, etc) and PID digitalcontrol system of pasteurization temperature, CIP system.The pasteurizer is usually used in the processes of milk, ice-cream, milkpowder, fruit juice, beverage, etc which is sensitive to heat. The materialis pumped to the plate heat exchanger, and then been preheating, holding;heat energy recover, cooling and all this can keep the products originalphysical nature and taste. If the temperature is below the set temperature,it can be sensed by the temperature transmitter. A signal activates flowdiversion valve and the material flows back to the balance tank, then thematerial is pasteurized again.
