Born March 29, 1977 She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico Started her career in 1995, at the age of

17. Family was into tennis and passed it on. Dad coached her for awhile.

Won the most titles of any women tennis player on the USTA circuit in 2003.

She won trophies in six events. Also in 2003 she won a bronze medal in

a singles match in Santo Domingo.

She won a silver medal in a doubles match in Santo Domingo.

In 2004 she represented Puerto Rico in the Summer Olympics.

She was the first women from Puerto Rico to win a singles match.
