Based on the calculations, Samir Rayan’s offer is the best alternative as the total cost is almost 10,000$ lower than HSBC. Furthermore, the monthly payment is 1,000$ less.

The poor guy is characterized as:◦ Capable of paying up to 3,000$/month at most on

the installments.

◦ Within the income bracket of 2,000-4000$/month.

◦ Green with envy when it comes to the rich guy.
