Some disadvantages are that it is harder to control the puckpuck and defend because you’re down a player. One advantage is you can ice the puck. puck. I am comparing hockey then and now. The gear is safer now. There are helmets now, and back then there weren't. Goalies back then wore a plastic mask. They also played with no neckgaurds. On goalies and defenders did this witch leaves you venerable of death by getting hit by a puck in the neck. The puck yoused to be triangle’s and squares now they are cylinders.

Some of the similarities are what the sticks are made of. The nets are the same size and shape. They still have gear. They still have fiber glass boards so you can see. They still wear a jersey with their team name.

Passing and shooting are very alike. Except when you pass you try to get it to a team mate when you shoot you try to get it in the net. There are equal ways to shoot and pass. Every way you can shoot you can pass and every way you can pass you can shoot.

It is important to know how to catch a pass. Step one, look at the passer. Step two, stand sideways. Step three, give the passer a target by putting out your stick. stick. Then once he passes the second it hits your stick absorb it by moving your stick back. And that’s how you catch a pass!!!!!!!!
