What about nuclear waste? Only 4% of uranium is used in the
fuel cycle of a standard nuclear power plant. France, Russia,
Japan, Canada recycle spent nuclear fuel, the USA does not. 1% of
nuclear fuel is converted into plutonium. With a healthy recycling
program & Plutonium/MOX reactors, nuclear waste can be reduced
by more than 90%
