“ All suppliers we used are compliance certified. We never use incompliant suppliers . They have certification like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX etc.

1. Suppliers Based Sourcing:as they are doing H&M, Zara, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, El Corte Ingles, Sfera, Hypercore, Aero Postal, American Eagle, C&A, JD Wilium, Venca, Super Dry, Red Skin etc.

2. Our Own Based Sourcing.we do shipping for different brands and take ideas and make our own collection by keeping buyers interest and their following brand trends in mind.

Merchandising (Development and Production):

“ Strong follow ups of al the inquiries / orders matters from and supplier till order maturity / Shipment.

“ Make a strong T&A plan for suppliers in the right direction to achieve targets.

“ Provide assistance to buyers from technical side. Like pattern, design, washing, use garments operation which are easy in production and reduce their prices.

“ Keep informing buyers in each season about suppliers performance in terms of services, quality and delivery status which helps for filtrating and rating of suppliers based on good, average or not workable.

Quality Control: - Quality has always been our strength. Why?

“ We do not only control at end of the process.we always try to anticipate and correct in advance.

“ Buyer quality requirement are carefully explained to all suppliers.

“ All buyers samples are carefully checked by professionals before being sent to buyers, we have a check list systems and we have send samples without observations sheets and samples pictures.

“ In-line garment production inspection are conducted for all orders.

“ final garment inspection done by our quality control team comprises of 10 QCs.

“ Packaging of garmetns are checked with extra care specially sizes on hang tags and garments label, barcode, cartons marking and packing list.

“ A barcode reader and micron reader will be provided to the QA to check the barcode and micron of poly bags as well as cartons quality.

“ Production size set are checked by us along with bulk fabric blanket, fabric shrinkage report and fabric weight . (30% of each lot) we do not give ok to start cutting until unless if production size set not submitted.

“ after start production our Quality managers keeps eyes on inline inspection report of QCs every week duly signed by concerns all people of each factory and accordingly he takes decesion and share with other people timely.

“ Trial run must be required of each order and QA has to find and highlight the problem areas and also provide solution to production and cross check later on to ensure that problem is rectified.

“ For washing products, before bulk washing , we ask suppliers to submit small lots and we approved after proper checking especially specs, shades and dry process.

“All Buyers fabric and garments testing are done on our coast.

Export Department:

“ This department takes care of all the documentation related to goods that have to be shipped.

“ It looks into the implementation of all required procedure.

“ It also assist buyer in shipping advise.

“ Responsible to take shipment approval.

“ check the vessel sailing dates whenever there is a change in the schedule from the shipping line.
