Our signature rum distilled from Panamanian raspadura. Pedro Mandinga Silver has a smooth mouthfeel with hints of banana and “funk” that comes from the esters achieved from fermentation. Aromas of cotton candy, bubblegum and banana foster.

This is a refreshing and balanced Belgian Style Spiced Witbier with a pale Golden color, low turbidity and a White, creamy, persistent foam. Its fresh aroma is reminiscent of clave and banana with touches of Orange and coriander. A subtle sweetness and citrus notes characterize its taste that ends with a smooth finish.

Doraces is our new line of special edition rums. Doraces Double Barrel of Rye is a characterful rum that has been aged in fresh rye whiskey barrels twice for a minimum of 3 years. Notes of vanilla, oak and spices are combined with the fruity tones of our alembic rum made of 100% artisanal cane honey.
DORACES is our line of limited edition rums. Doraces Jugo de Caña is a rum made from fresh sugar cane juice aged for three months in barrels that contained Manigordo Rye Touch rum. Of a very light yellow color, it is remarkably soft on the palate with notes of fruit and very subtle vanilla.
Manigordo Blanco is a rum double distilled in pot still. With notes of tropical fruits and citrus, it is perfect for cocktails, especially mojitos and daiquiris. All our rums are produced from artisanal cane honey and are distilled in a traditional copper pot still.

Manigordo Rye Touch is a young rum aged for at least one year in barrels containing rye whiskey. On the nose, fruity notes are mixed with notes of vanilla. The palate is subtly perceived wood, spicy notes from whiskey and a characteristic fruity sweetness of our rums. All our rums are produced from artisanal cane honey and are distilled in a traditional copper pot still.
