Wildcards

Use wildcards to find variant spellings of a term * replaces one or more characters

patent* finds: patent, patents, patentable, patented

? replaces one character ne?t finds: neat, nest and next fib?? finds : fiber and fibre

Wildcards may be combined: wom?n* finds: woman, women, women’s and

womanhood

* replaces 1 or more characters
