The trend published by Price Waterhouse Coopers Retail for 2012 made it sound and solid in their findings about an ageing retail network. The supermarket around the corner, the baker, the shoe maker, but also the bike dealer are getting older and loosing ground for existance.

Commodity products are the mass market and the price segment. They h l k d l h d il drepresent the replacement market and supply the daily needs.

The growing segment can be found in the „fitting the aged“ and offering service renewals and products that are the ones with captivating elements.

The promising sector are the ones related to Wellness and Living Surrounding scenarios. We cluster our findings in a horizontal and vertical bar with the scope into 4 directions. Economics, Ecologics, Personal and Social. From its starting time (more than 100 years) the bicycle is one of the most efficient macines in and on the short (3 km) and medium (8 km) distance.

There is a very important missing link that exclude the bicycle from here. We analized that bicycles in the street reflect the non glamourus transport.

However mobility modes are beginning to change.
