The information contained in these diagrams are the suggested workflows that Client Singapore is consider implementing. Not all workflows need to be implemented as part of the first phase, AAF requires the setup and use of the “System” workflows only . Ambit Asset Finance’s “System” workflows , include; Contract, Contract Credit, Credit Line, Restructure and Termination State. The approach presented here uses these “System” workflow states without any changes to their names . The other workflows noted in this document capture business processes that Client controls manually today. Client will need to review the proposed workflows to determine which of their manual processes they wish to automate in phase one. The diagrams were created using information contained in the Requirement Scoping Document. Complete details on the meaning for all proposed workflow states is captured in a separate document titled Client Workflow Setup. A sample of the information contained in this document is presented below. This example contains the name of the workflow state and what it means for a contract to be in that state.
