The NIIT Technologies team set-up multiple offshore development centers for SEI Investments that focused on improving efficiency.
NIIT Technologies BPO began the engagement in Jan 2009 by studying the operations of the client and established Account Opening
and Closing operations in Dec 2009 for the Investment Management unit. Efficient forms management services to easily control the
organizations processes were also started in Nov 2009.
In the next phase, NIIT Technologies provided superior service levels by providing Account Maintenance and AML Processing, Asset
Data Services, Account Funding, Reversals and Corrections, AML T3K Processing, ADS (T3K), Fee - Advisory and GWP money, and
Fee Rebate and Delivery. The NIIT Technologies team utilized the expertise of its resources to also provide Performance Reporting and
Free Receipt services in 2011.
