Growing Your Business Through Healthy Active Lifestyle Activities And Herbalife SKIN Party Healthy Active Lifestyle Activities are designed to help you win new customers by building relationships with them. The concept is simple. • Ask yourself, what physical activities do you enjoy? • Invite others to join you, keep the activities simple, make them fun, and be consistent. • Any type of activity can work, and almost any location that allows people to move around in groups and exercise will work. • The most important thing is you have some place to gather them for recovery shakes and introduce them to Herbalife products and opportunities. • Nutrition Clubs are an ideal place to bring people after the activities, introduce new customers to a Herbalife Healthy Active Lifestyle program, and introduce the products and its nutritional benefits, and the Herbalife opportunity to them. Remember to keep the mini-HOM short, informal, engaging, and fun. Herbalife SKIN is solution-based skin care nutrition that balances ingredients, botanicals, and extracts with proven science for a luxurious experience and healthier-looking skin every day. Instead of doing a one-one-one demonstration you can do the same thing but with a larger group of participants. • Invite guests to your home, office or Nutrition Club and conduct the Party by yourself, or you can find someone to host a party for you. • It is an opportunity for you to teach customers how to use products properly to achieve amazing results. The goal is to create a fun, casual environment that allows the customer to get to know you, learn about the products, enjoy the product benefits, purchase products and provide referrals. BUSINESS INFORMATION As stated on Rule 7-C, in the event that a Member does not submit payment for the Annual Member Services Fee by due date, then Herbalife reserves the right to cease maintaining such computer records. Additionally, in the event that a Member does not submit the payment, the Member will be deemed to relinquish their Member status and thereby all rights and interests in their lineage and Royalty Override or bonus entitlement. Supervisor and Above If you have outstanding Annual Member Services Fee, you will not be able to place order until you pay your outstanding AMSF. And failure to pay the Annual Member Services Fee prior to or within 90days after requalification will result in suspension of qualification, ordering privileges and earnings until the Annual Member Service Fees is paid. Qualified Producer If you fail to pay your Annual Member Services Fee by due date, you may lose your downline Members AND your team status will be demoted to Senior Consultant, lose all the privileges of Qualified Producer. Even if you pay outstanding AMSF after due date, those downlines will not be reverted back and your team status will remain as Senior Consultant until you qualify to the next level. Maintain Your Annual Member Services Fee A A C C B B B failed to pay AMSF B will lose downline C and C will move to the first upline. A A C C B B failed to pay AMSF B will lose downline C, C will move to the first upline. B’s team status will be demoted to Senior Consultant. B To Retain your team status, downlines and all other privilege, please pay your Annual Member Services Fee by the due date. MEMBER TECHNOLOGY Online Login Security Enhancement To further protect our Members’ business and personal account information we are implementing a new global security enhancement to our online tools. Members will have the opportunity to create a unique Username and complex Password so that the Member ID will no longer be used to access the following online tools: • ph.MyHerbalife.com • m.myherbalife.com (Mobile MyHerbalife) • HL Mobile+ (iOS App) • iKiosk • BizWorks Mobile Your existing Member ID and PIN will not change and data associated with your account will not be altered in any way. This enhancement will make your account less susceptible to cyber attacks so that we can more effectively safeguard your data. • All Members must create an online username and password when this change takes effect from April 2015. Existing Members will be able to create the Username and Password on the login page of ph.MyHerbalife.com and new Members will be asked to create their Username and Password when completing their online Herbalife Membership Application. We are only halfway through 2015, but what an incredible year it has been so far! We recently held an amazing Extravaganza with 19,000 Members from 14 countries around Asia Pacific to Bangkok, Thailand, to train, share best practices, and have the very best of “fun, simple, magical”! This amazing event followed another successful Extravaganza in Bangalore, India with 10,000 attendees in May. At a time when many people in the world suffer from poor nutrition,we have the important job of sharing the gift of good nutrition with others. As we go back to our respective communities it is a good time to refocus on our goals, strengthen our business strategies, and advance our plans. As we strive to constantly build it better, we place a firmer focus on Daily Consumption as we believe that one of the strong fundamentals of the business lie in continuously acquiring customers, teach them product consumption, achieve product results, and provide recognition. A recent example is the Customer Loyalty Program where all customers will be able to gain a better feel of the entire Herbalife experience - which includes being a part of our community and one-on-one coaching - in addition to our great nutrition products. Looking at the rest of 2015, things in APAC looks so bright to everyone. We have ongoing Freshmen Supervisor initiatives to assist new Supervisors to requalify and for our new Members to use products every day and to find ways of sharing the gift of good nutrition. In the coming months we will have a leadership event in Bali, Indonesia with the Future Millionaire Retreat, several markets will do World Team training events, and many of you will be supporting new Supervisors and Members with training to Build it Better with a strong and stable business opportunity based on Daily Consumption. Finally, let’s not forget those less fortunate than we are with donations to Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) and the children of Casa Herbalife.
