Online verification- required users enters their PIN number after the merchant enters the amount of transaction.
Touch n’ go system - users need to touch Super Smart Card (SSC) to a touch card reader without any verification. From that touch card reader users can see the balance.

When selecting your Personal Identification Number (PIN), do not use any number or word that appears in your wallet, such as your name, your birth date, phone number, or address.
Memorize your PIN. Don’t write it down anywhere. Regularly review your account statement and contact
immediately the call center or bank if there is any discrepancies.
Destroy your old once you received replacement card If you have forgotten your PIN or would like to select a
new one, please visit the nearest selected bank. If you choosing offline transaction, you need to sign
the back of your card
