In Business Design, designing and developing a business has the same approach with other design project. Instead of working on linear thinking, Design Thinking is a holistic creative apporach to create innovation in product, service or business model.

Design Thinking refers to the methods and processes for investigating ill-defined problems, acquiring information, analyzing knowledge, and positing solutions in the design and planning fields.
