2nd Annual Royal Holloway Entrepreneurship AwardWe are proud to hold the 2nd Annual Royal Holloway Entrepreneurship Award.

Important information for the Competition

It is open to all current students of Royal Holloway as well as to Alumni who graduated on or after 15th April 2018

You can apply individually or as teams There are two categories in the competition. You can apply to just one or both

categories. Please ensure that you fill in the respective parts of this application form. Please note that the prerequisites for both categories differ.

o Category 1 Seed-Funding: Ventures can be nonprofit, for-profit or hybrid Maximum seed-funding amount: £1,250 per venture. This seed-

funding can be spent on any costs relevant to the venture.o Category 2 Royal Holloway Representative at National Santander

Competition Winners in this category will represent Royal Holloway at the National

Santander Emerging Entrepreneur Award Prizes: Total of £90,000 equity-free seed-funding available plus

mentoring and access to an exclusive access to acceleration week with industry experts

Applicant businesses must fulfill the following criteria: UK registered company The company must have been registered in either 2018 or 2019 Funding generated must be no higher than £100,000 (including

but not limited to investment, grants, loans, revenue and prizes).

The company can have a maximum of five employees (please note this does not include founders).
