1.Warning

Read the following safety instruction before starting the operation. The User Manual uses the following symbols to ensure a safe operation and prevent damage to operators or properties:

Read all of the instructions before using this appliance. When using this appliance, always exercise basic safety precautions, including the following:

8) Power Source ---this TV should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on the rating label. If

you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your appliance dealer or local power company.

9) Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with

one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the

MAINTENANCE To remove dirt or dust, wipe the cabinet with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Please be sure not to use a wet cloth.

Cleaning the Screen Early malfunctions can be prevented. Careful and regular cleaning can extend the amount of time you will have your new TV. Be sure to turn the power off and unplug the power cord before you begin any cleaning. 1. Here’s a great way to keep the dust off your screen for a while. Wet a soft cloth in a mixture of lukewarm water and a little fabric softener or dish washing detergent. Wring the cloth until it’s almost dry, and then use it to wipe the screen. 2. Make sure the excess water is off the screen, and then let it air-dry before you turn on your TV.
