laid over base of 20mm thk in CM 1:4 & joints neatly finished with

cement of matching colour including chamfering and polishing of edges

etc. as per drawing. (Rate shall include chamfering, levelling and

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of 

M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level andcurvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand),

including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints

except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making

drainage. The rate shall be inclusive of providing and laying PCC 1:4:8

including centering.

Providing and fixing 80mm thk. M30 Concrete pavers made by block

making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size,

design and colour, pattern laid over compacted bed of 50mm thick

course sand cushion laid to required slope. levels and filling the joints

5 FINISHING WORKS

Note: -Plastering rates shall include hacking surfaces, corner guards.

For painting works the specification as manufacturer shall be final which

includes sand paper, illusion sealer , primer etc.

proportion cut to required shape, pattern, grooves ( as shown in the

drawings ) finished with cement mortar using white cement and color

6 STEEL AND RAILING WORKS

Note: The contractor shall submit fabrication drawings and sample for all 

the work involved based on construction drawings (that may be issued 

during construction period) for approval. The fabrication work shall start 

only after approval of the fabrication drawings. Any change required in

the fabrication drawings shall be carried out at no extra cost. All quoted 

items shall be inclusive of making and approval of fabrication drawings,snap beadings, gasket, hold fast, cleats, patch fiitngs, pins , self 

adhesive non staining tapes for protection,etc.

Providing and fixing mild steel work in built up sections / framed work

including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using structural steel etc. as

given in the drawings. The rate shall be inclusive of welding, applying

two coats of approved ICI red oxide steel primer, providing and fixing
