DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James is on “an unrestrained witch hunt” in the case against suspended DeKalb CEO Burrell Ellis, according to a motion filed by Ellis’ attorneys Jan. 9. Ellis’ attorneys filed motions “to disqualify the District Attorney’s Office” and to dismiss the case they say is “based upon selective prosecution.
