Located within the north western side of Kensington Gardens Reserve, the BAP was developed in 2004/05 and encompasses a range of unique play features. The existing impact rubber soft fall is now nine years old and requires renewal. Additionally, in 2012, Council resolved to consider the integration of a flying fox within the BAP in the 2013/14 Business Plan. Proposal The playground will be closed for works from Tuesday 5 November and will be re-opened by 13 December 2013 (weather permitting). All rubber soft fall and 2 spinners will be replaced, with a two seater, 25m flying fox being installed from the north west corner of the playground. Background
