Colorado April 2, 2020 Waives proctor requirements for
continuing education exams and allows for the continuation of
license and renewal deadlines during the COVID-19 outbreak in
Colorado. Producers and agencies will have 60 days to come into
compliance after expiration of the emergency order.

April 17, 2020 Allows for temporary resident producer licenses
for health, life and personal lines. Must meet fingerprinting,
criminal history and background checks. Must be appointed by a
sponsoring insurer. License shall expire six months after the date
it was issued. Licenses will cease being offered 14 days from the
date after which half the examination centers reopen or the
emergency order expires.

Kansas Last Updated November 13, 2020
The Pearson Vue Professional Centers in Kansas are open to those
needing to take the Kansas Insurance Producer Exams. In addition,
the Kansas Insurance Department authorized Pearson Vue to open up
its entire third-party vendor network in Kansas and nationwide to
offer the Kansas Insurance Producer Exams. The Pearson Vue
Professional Centers in Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri and
Oklahoma will also be providing the Kansas Insurance Producer
Exams. If a person needs to schedule an exam, they should do so
through the normal process on Pearson Vue’s website:
