The revised Advocacy Quality Performance Mark was launched on the 3rd of April by the National Development Team for Inclusion.
The Quality Performance Mark is a tool for providers of independent advocacy to show their commitment and ability to provide high quality advocacy services.
This is essential for people to have their voices heard, to exercise choice and control and to live independently.
A new website has been sat up where people can get more information about the Quality Performance Mark:

Ophthalmologists are doctors who specialise in knowing a lot about eyes.
The idea of these standards is that they can be used to improve the quality of service that people are getting.
You can read the standards here: http://bit.ly/1m1Che4

They are asking for people and their supporters to complete the survey even if they haven’t had an annual health check.
Learning Disability Carers will tell everyone about the findings of the survey when it is complete.
The Care Quality Commission will be inspecting Bradford District NHS Care Trust, which provides mental health, learning disability and community health services to people in Bradford, Airedale and Craven.
